Your kid has something to say. We teach them how to say it.
Can I go first?
Leadership workshops, camps, and a classroom curriculum for ages 8 to 14. Kids practice confidence, public speaking, and teamwork every single session, in front of real people, until standing up feels normal.
Pick the one that fits your calendar. Workshops and camps are for families. The curriculum is for the schools, churches, and after-school programs that want to run it themselves.
Workshops
Six weeks, one afternoon a week, 90 minutes
A series that runs after school or on Saturdays. Each week adds one skill, from standing still and looking up to opening a talk with a question. Week six is a showcase where every kid gives a two-minute talk to the parents in the room.
A week-long day camp built around one team project. Kids form crews on Monday, pick something real to pitch, plan, or perform, and present it to families on Friday afternoon. Mornings are skills, afternoons are the project.
Lunch break and two outdoor breaks every day
Crews of 4 with a coach checking in every rotation
Run the program where kids already are, with your own staff. The license covers the full set of session plans, a facilitator guide, two days of training for your leaders, student journals, and letters home so parents know what their kid is practicing.
24 session plans in two units, each unit a full semester
Three things, practiced out loud. Nobody learns to speak up by listening to a talk about speaking up, so most of every session is kids on their feet.
Confidence
Walk into a room and take up your spot in it.
Stand still, feet planted, hands out of pockets
Look at one person, then another, then the back of the room
Notice nerves, name them, and start anyway
Flop, laugh, and go again the same day
Public speaking
Say the thing so people understand it the first time.
Build a two-minute talk with a hook, one point, and a landing
Use volume and pauses instead of speed
Answer a question without saying "um" for the first five seconds
Introduce yourself to an adult and shake hands
Teamwork
Lead a group without bossing it.
Listen long enough to repeat back what a teammate said
Split up a job so every person owns a piece
Give feedback as one glow and one grow
Disagree, vote, and back the decision
Ages 8 to 10
More games, shorter talks, and a lot of pair work before anyone stands in front of the whole group. The goal by the end of a series is a one-minute talk about something they love, delivered looking up.
Ages 11 to 14
Real stakes: pitching an idea, running a meeting, handling a tough question from the audience. The goal is a two-minute talk with a point of view, and leading a crew of four through a project without doing it all themselves.
How a 90-minute session runs
Same shape every week, so kids know what is coming and spend their energy on the work instead of the worry.
10 min
Circle up
Everyone sits in one circle and says one thing they did this week that was a little bit brave. No passing.
15 min
Skill of the day
A coach demonstrates the skill badly, then well. Kids call out the difference. That becomes the checklist for the day.
30 min
Practice rounds
Pairs, then groups of four, then the whole room. Every kid speaks in every round and gets one glow and one grow from a teammate.
25 min
Team challenge
A problem the crew has to solve together with a role for each kid: leader, timekeeper, builder, and reporter. Roles rotate every week.
10 min
Share-out
The reporter from each crew tells the room what they made and what went wrong. Each kid writes one goal for next week in their journal.

Questions parents ask
My kid is shy. Is this for them?
Yes. Most kids who join start out quiet. In the first session nobody stands up alone; speaking grows from a partner, to a group of four, to the room, over several weeks. Coaches never call on a kid cold.
Do parents stay during sessions?
No. Kids practice more freely without an audience of parents. You are invited to the showcase in week six, and to the Friday presentations at camp.
What should my kid bring?
Nothing for workshops. For camp, a packed lunch, a water bottle, and shoes they can run in. We provide the journal and all project materials.
Who are the coaches?
Teachers, theater educators, and youth coaches who complete our two-day facilitator training and a background check. Every group has at least two adults in the room.
Can a school run this without your staff?
Yes. That is what the licensed curriculum is for. Your own teachers or program leaders run the sessions after training, and we check in each month during the first year.
Enroll your child
Tell us about your kid and which program you want. We reply within two business days with open dates, the location, and a link to confirm the spot. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
Enrolling more than one child? Send one request per child so each gets the right age group.
Bring it to your school
For schools, churches, and after-school programs. Tell us about your group and we will send the curriculum overview, a sample session plan, and license pricing for your site. We can also run a demo session with your kids before you decide.
Running it in more than one building? Mention it here and we will quote a district or network license.
